Get a PriceIs the amount in the price calculator final?
The calculator works out the price based on the service, home size and extras you choose, and in most cases it is the final amount. When confirming your booking by phone, our team asks about the condition of the home; if anything unusual is needed (e.g. extreme dirt), they tell you in advance. You are never charged for work you have not approved.
Do you bring the cleaning supplies?
Yes. Machines, HEPA-filter vacuums, colour-coded microfibre cloths and eco-friendly chemicals all come with the team. We do not ask you for any supplies.
Can I trust your staff?
All our team members are registered with social security; criminal records are checked and references verified at hiring. Accidental damage that may occur during cleaning is covered by our professional liability insurance.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
No. Many of our customers leave a key or hand it to the building caretaker or complex management. When the clean is finished, our team leader updates you with photos.
What happens if I am not satisfied?
Simply report the area you are not happy with, with a photo, within 48 hours of the clean. Our team will come back within 2 working days at the latest and clean that area again free of charge.
